Returns and Exchanges
FOR APPAREL AND GIFT CARDS:
We do not issue refunds for gift cards.
We also do not issue refunds for apparel, as each design is custom created for each customer after purchase.
However, if there is a print mistake, we will reprint and replace it immediately. Please note: because we print each and every order on demand we will not be able to process size exchanges, returns or issue refunds.
Please check the sizing chart for each item before making a purchase. Please also check out our FAQ section if you have any questions.
Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer. If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, please take a picture and contact us immediately at email@example.com so your item can be replaced. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to replace your item.
